REFUND/EXCHANGE
- Cerise Clothing offers exchanges only, we do not provide refunds.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if the items do not meet our return policy standards.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, store credit will be issued.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer

- Once the exchange request is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.
- Exchanged items will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected.
